Perhaps, instead of using the "street address" in the Name of the Trust, it might be more cryptic to use the property's "Parcel Number" (the County's unique property tax identifier number)?…. What do you think?…
What if it's just a one man show? I don't own a corporation or LLC but I want to buy a property in a trust entity? How do we get around the 2 different names requirement???? Would I or the seller be the beneficiary? Seems like it'd be me. Then again would I have to recruit and hire a Trustee? What do I do if I just want to take title in a Trust and be the executor? Act as the one in control as well as the one who receives proceeds when I sell it. Again I no longer have a corporation or LLC (which is actually the reason why I'm even doing a trust!) Thanks!
@urbaninvestmentsĀ So youre saying that if it's YOUR llc, and you as an individual are the trustee, you can have the same signature for both and it wouldnt be a problem?
